Michaela’s First Halloween

No trick-or-treating for us.  We spent Halloween on the ms Oosterdam, sailing from San Diego to Mazatlan.  I know, I know– we live a difficult life.

We had lots of ideas about costumes for Michaela, but when we saw an adorable monkey costume on sale for a ridiculously low price at an Old Navy outlet, we decided to dress our little banana-lover as a simian.  And so we found ourselves aboard the ship with this precious chimp:

Formal Night happened to fall on Halloween, so we changed Michaela out of her costume and into a pretty dress and a special “My 1st Halloween” bib.
