Mike and Music

Argh! School just won’t stop! In addition to working full time, I’ve been keeping plenty busy finishing up my last semester of grad school. This semester has been all thesis, all the time, plus coursework for a class on environmental history and environmentalist thought, plus a weekly seminar for thesis writers.

As I type, I’m hoping I’m nearly done making changes to my thesis. I have feedback from two of the three professors on my committee, and they have indicated once they see it one more time, they will sign off on it. Can you hear the angels singing?!?

If I can crank out one more five page paper (due in five days) and one more 20 page paper (due in 18 days), I will be done and my MA will be conferred upon me. Woo hoo!

Anyway, I should get back to my school work. Just think, after May 18, I will have much more time to write and update our vast audience of readers (hello, Curtis and Mary Ellen) on the exciting goings on in our lives.
